Poor mobile phone signal?

Poor mobile phone signal

Fed up with missing calls on your mobile? Now you can report bad mobile signal in our area and help the council demand improvements.

Many people in our area are frustrated by poor mobile signal and especially worried that they can’t receive urgent calls when out and about in Storrington, Sullington and Washington. Storrington and Sullington Parish Council has launched an online form so you can report where you have problems using your mobile. The Council will then add your “bad signal spots” to a map showing areas of poor signal for each mobile phone network.

When we have a more precise picture of where mobile phone signal in our area is weak or non-existent then we can make a stronger argument to mobile phone companies, the Government and Ofcom for improvements.

The online form is also available via the Parish Council website and printed versions will be placed in key locations in the village.

To emphasise your concern we hope that you will also be interested in providing feedback directly to Ofcom:
