Learn about communications from the past to the present day!

This event mainly takes place in our Connected Earth BT Exhibition. As well as our usual communications displays, there will be several extra displays and demonstrations where staff and volunteers will be on hand to talk, demonstrate and reminisce.

•  See how poles are now tested for decay.
•  Discover how fibre optic cables are joined together.
•  Learn how a semaphore signalling system works.
•  View a collection of commercial vehicles across the site.

Visitors can also explore a collection of commercial vehicles on display across the museum.

Peter, one of our steam locos, and buses will be running all weekend as well.
