Would you like to learn more about natural ways to restore your local rivers to improve them for fish and other wildlife? If so, the Arun & Rother Connections Project are holding 3 days of River Habitat Workshops in partnership with the Wild Trout Trust and the Rivers Trust in your local area soon.

These day long sessions are for groups of up to 15 people from a wide range of backgrounds including volunteers from local community conservation groups, fishing club members, Rivers Trust and Local Government staff.
The objective of these workshops is to give participants practical experience of how to manage and improve river habitats for the benefit of wildlife and the community. They are hands-on, in the river, wet and muddy sessions, but tremendous fun as well as great learning opportunities.

To register your interest and to get involved please contact the Volunteer Co-ordinator on 01273 763377 or email kate.whitton@rspb.org.uk
