A gentleman named Brian Ford would like to make ex-RAF servicemen and women aware of the South Downs Ex-RAF Social Club and its Lounge at the RAFA Housing Estate in Storrington. Although the Lounge is not open at present because of the Covid-19 “lockdown”, when it can re-open it will again be a good place to meet up and chat – coffee mornings are a regular feature and tea afternoons are held twice a month! Other activities available are trips out (Tangmere last year was very succesful!) and evening entertainments (e.g. wine tasting and quiz nights). There have also been afternoons of PIMMS on the lawn!
