The Storrington Repair Café needs a Volunteer to fix Portable Electronic Items
The aim of Repair Cafes is to encourage mending items so they are not thrown away needlessly. This will reduce what goes to landfill by Reusing, Repairing and, as a last resort, Recycling. The Storrington Repair Cafe has been running for 4 years,
We urgently need a volunteer who can do portable electronic repairs, such as radios, CD players etc. (we don’t do microwaves or computers).
The Repair Cafe opens at the The Village Hub, 7 The Square, Storrington on every 3rd Saturday of the month, from 10am – 12 noon.
We are offering sewing and small electrical repairs e.g. toasters, irons, vacuum cleaners etc. (donations accepted).
