Swifts really need our help as their numbers are declining fast. The Sussex Wildlife Trust Regional Group is trying to help the swifts nesting in the buildings around Storrington and local villages.
The Council aims to take part in the new scheme to help residents recycle coffee pods, previously a difficult item to dispose of sustainably. Not-for-profit recycling organisation Podback, which is partnering with the Council to deliver the service, was created in partnership with coffee pod system manufacturers.

Replacement electric vehicle charge points have been installed in the Storrington Library Car Park. These rapid charge points allow electric vehicles to be recharged to 80% in about 40 minutes, depending on the type of vehicle.
