Storrington Business Club   Facebook

A group open to local businesses which meets monthly at 8.00am to 9.00am on the last Wednesday of each month in various venues around Storrington. 

We also share information using our Facebook group and our email distribution list.

The group is chaired by Sharon Sadler.  Sharon owns Body & Face in the centre of the village and has lived in Storrington for 15 years.

Aims and Objectives:

Provide a forum to link business owners together

Share information on business matters to help grow local business

Put collective energy behind major local initiatives and events such as Storrington In Bloom, Storrington Village Day and the Christmas Festive Evening

To grow the economy within Storrington and encourage local people to use what’s available in the village.  We do this under the umbrella of our ‘shop local’ initiative

  • Storrington Community Partnership who collate data on business results on behalf of Horsham District Council
  • Storrington Community Website
  • Storrington Village Facebook Group
  • Sussex Local Magazine
  • Storrington & Sullington Parish Council

  • Storrington In Bloom

Plans:

  • To build the foundations for the “Shop Local” campaign
  • To support Storrington in Bloom’s annual town floral display
  • To contribute to a successful Storrington Village Day – this is being organised by Storrington Rotary Club
  • To work in partnership with Storrington & Sullington Parish Council to deliver Storrington Christmas Festive event
  • To strive to bring more businesses closer together and encourage owners to embrace working together
