We’ve got twinkly lights, we’ve got Christmas music, we’ve got festive gifts and plenty of offers for you to enjoy. Take in the sound of Christmas Carols outside Henry Adams, visit craft stalls at The Anchor Inn, enjoy afternoon tea in one of our village cafes, visit the Rotary sale in Place Villerest for books, plants, Christmas wreaths and handmade bug boxes and plenty more.
Our local shops will be waiting to welcome you with special offers, promotions and a warm welcome, there may even be a nibble, glass of fizz or a treat for the kids!
In true festive spirit we’ve given the parking attendants the afternoon off so there’s free parking in the Library car park and the Waitrose car park from 1-6pm!
Stay around as daylight fades, the perfect time to enjoy the festive lights on the High Street, enjoy the sound of Christmas Carols and perhaps finish off with a mulled wine or two!
Special thanks to Storrington Rotary, Henry Adams, Storrington Parish Council, Sussex Local, Storrington Community Partnership, the Village Facebook team and Horsham District Council for organising and promoting this event.

Carols by Candlelight service at Storrington Chapel, Evangelical Church on Sunday 19th December at 6:30pm.
Join us for a very special evening of festive music and cheer.
We are delighted to announce that Christmas by Candlelight at the College is back on Monday 20th December, 7:30pm – 10:30pm!
This year the event is raising funds for the restoration of the Grade II listed Conservatory, which forms part of the impressive Elizabethan House. The Conservatory, which is currently out of use, will become a multi-use space for the College in addition to being an asset for Slindon House events.
The evening will include a bubbles and canapes reception in the drawing rooms with background music from harpist, Heather Wrighton, followed by an intimate performance from Rachael Hawnt (BBC 1 All Together Now finalist) accompanied by Ashley Cutler on our very own grand piano in the Main Hall.
Ticket Price £27.50 ~ Occasion Wear ~ Cash Bar ~ Raffle ~ On Site Parking.
Tickets are limited due to consideration of capacity in light of COVID-19. To allow for social distancing the configuration of the evening will be different to past Christmas by Candlelight events.
Please note this event will follow prevailing government guidance regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.

During their visit, Santa’s elves went shopping in the wonderful shops. To keep track of which shops they had visited they left their magical hats in the shop windows.
Santa needs your help to find all his elves’ hats before Christmas Eve! Search around the village and note the names of all the elves’ hats you find.
Once you have found as many as you can and listed their names on the back of the entry form, add your details on the front page and deliver to Carters Of Storrington, 13-15 West Street, RH20 4DZ before Wednesday 20th December, to be placed into a special prize draw.
