The beautiful Elizabethan House is home to possibly the finest and most important collection of sixteenth and seventeenth century embroidery in the UK.

From 13 – 24 June, Parham will give visitors an enhanced opportunity to discover the needlework collection, including items that are not normally on display.

Parham is also hosting an embroidery workshop for those who are interested in having a go themselves.

West Chiltington Croquet Club

Croquet has been played at West Chiltington since 1977 and in 1995 the West Chiltington Croquet club was formed. Our players are a familiar sight on the grounds of the playing fields adjacent to the Village Hall and part of the Sports Association.

All you need to play this fascinating and challenging game is a pair of flat shoes! We have all the equipment and you are very welcome to come along and join us at one of our hosted sessions which are held from April through September on Mondays at 9.45 a.m., Wednesdays at 1.45 p.m. and Fridays at 9.45 a.m.  We meet by the sheds in the car park.

Our members play friendly matches against local clubs; attend coaching sessions and enjoy social events together throughout the year, making use of the facility afforded by the wonderful new Pavilion. For more information call 01798 368941 or email wchiltcroquet@gmail.com

Activity sessions from 10.30 – 12.30 every Friday for Under 4s.

In the school term it is pre-booked only, they can book for the whole term for discounted sessions.
In the school holidays, it is priced per session on a drop in price at £2.50 per toddler.

Amberley Museum Dads can Do event

A special day of hands on activities including crafts for children. With crafts, pottery and train driving experiences (subject to availability) for the Dads.

With our steam trains running this day there will be lots to entertain the whole family. For this day we will be offering free entry for one Dad with each accompanying paying child (not in conjunction with any other offer). With our resident steam trains enjoy riding the railway around the site.
