Arranged by Horsham District Older Peoples Forum (HDOPF), this is our opportunity to meet our local MP, Andrew Griffith (Arundel & South Downs).
Anyone who would like to attend the public meetings is asked to email to reserve a place: hdopforum@gmail.com or horshamolderpeoplesforum@gmail.com
HDOPF’s website gives more information about their MP Question Time Events.
Horsham District Older Peoples Forum is an independent, non-political, voluntary group that is free to attend and take part in. It acts as the ‘ears’ of and gives a ‘voice’ to people aged 60 and over who reside in the Horsham District Council area or who care for someone who is. The Forum exists for anyone to raise issues that relate to or affect local older people. The Forum takes action where possible on issues that are raised i.e. takes up with local councils or with projects. They also act as an information hub and consultative group for anyone seeking the views of older people in the district on particular plans, topics or schemes that may affect older people of carers.
All meetings are free to attend: future public meeting dates (all have a 10.30am start time).
Subject to Covid regulations, HDOPF are holding all their future meetings ‘in person’ at Age UK, Lavinia House, Dukes Square, Denne Road, Horsham (with live interactive Zoom coverage).
