Monthly Talk at Storrington Museum: Speaker – Carmen Kew: “Storytelling” illustrated with costumes.
Exhibition: “BUSES STOP HERE” – public transport through the 20th century – particularly Southdown Buses.
Saturday, 28th September to Wednesday, 11th December at Storrington Museum.
Bus travel has long played a part in Storrington’s transport, from the early days of the horse and motor buses to the present – we are on Route No 1 and Storrington’s old bus garage has been re-erected nearby at Amberley Industrial Museum.
Note that the Museum is open every Wednesday and Saturday between 10 am and 4 pm, and on Sunday between 10 am and 1 pm.
STORRINGTON’S FANTASTIC CHRISTMAS NIGHT
Come and join us for a festive evening of fun and entertainment. The event kicks of at 6pm in Place Villerest with the switching on of the Christmas Lights.
