County Local Forums

Find out how to get involved with County Local Forums

County Local Forums were established in September 2021 to provide residents with the opportunity to participate in discussions on issues specific to their area, as well as take part in question-and-answer sessions with their local County Councillors.

There are seven County Local Forums in West Sussex that will be trialled for one year. Following this, the County Council’s Governance Committee will evaluate the success of the forums and determine the best mechanism for county councillors to engage with their communities going forward.

All residents from across the county are invited to their nearest County Local Forum.  This is the Forum meeting for the residents of Horsham District including those represented by Paul Marshall, the County Councillor for Storrington.

The forum is a place for locals to meet their County Councillors and ask any questions they have on county council-related business.

Officers from West Sussex County Council’s Communities Team will also be available to help answer any questions on local community matters.

If you have a question, please email it to us by 1st July.
