Latimer Developments by Clarion Housing Group are holding a series of interactive online exhibitions as well as live webinars to enable local residents to have their early say on the designs for the social and environmentally sustainable development of land at Heath Common.
Latimer is the development arm of Clarion Housing Group.
To enable local people to contribute to the consultation during the coronavirus pandemic, Latimer has developed a bespoke website where all plans can be viewed, and comments can be given – www.clarionconsults.co.uk/clarionstorrington. For those not online, there is also the option to request printed versions to be sent via postal service. The consultation runs between 16th June 2021 to 4th July 2021 and Latimer is enabling plans for the site to be viewed and feedback registered.
Local residents, businesses and community groups can submit ideas for the detailed design of the site which Latimer are indicating, where possible, will be incorporated into the proposals. The consultancy Built Environment Communications Group (BECG) are assisting Latimer with the public consultation process.
The invitation has also been distributed to approximately 3,000 local addresses within the area to encourage people to get involved in the interactive online consultation.

You are invited to join one of the live webinars, hear more about the proposals and ask any questions you may have. The two live webinars will be held on:
23rd June 2021 between 6pm – 7pm
and
1st July 2021 between 6pm – 7pm
Sessions start promptly at 6pm and conclude no later than 7pm including time for Q&A.
