Sessions are professional and suitable for anyone regardless of experience. Helen is a warm and welcoming facilitator, with over 13 years experience of running groups. She is very motivating and has a positive, humorous approach and her sessions are relaxed and enjoyable.

The Yurt at The Yoga Garden is situated at the very foot of South Downs near Storrington in West Sussex. The Yoga Garden nestles amidst the fields, horses and wildflowers and evokes a sense of calm and wellbeing to all who visit.
