Chanctonbury Ring and Wiston 6.5 miles 3 hours
Walk 3001. A lovely circular walk including the South Downs Way, Chanctonbury Ring, the outskirts of Steyning, woodland and Wiston House. The route contains stiles, steep hills and can be muddy. Dogs welcome. Refreshments provided after the walk. Meet in Washington South Downs Way car park TQ120 119. Drive south on the A24 from Washington roundabout and take the first left into Washington Borstal. Take the rough track on the right to the car park.
