COVID Vaccinations- Changes to appointment dates for 2nd vaccinations booked for 4th/5th/7th May
If your 2nd COVID Vaccination was booked for 7th May has now been moved forward to 30th April at the same time.
If your 2nd COVID Vaccination was booked for 4th May has now been moved to 1st May at the same time.
If your 2nd COVID Vaccination was booked for 5th May has now been moved to 2nd May at the same time.
We will try to endeavour to contact all patients affected where possible.
