To support Horsham District Council’s emerging Local Plan and to assist with housing need, Wates Development is bringing forward proposals for 62 high-quality, sustainable new homes and public open space on Land North of Melton Drive, Storrington.
The site was identified as suitable in the Regulation 19 version of the Local Plan and this application is being submitted to assist with the forthcoming Local Plan examination and to demonstrate the deliverability of the site.
They would like your views on the proposals.
