A Free, Family Christmas Adventure comes to Storrington!
This Festive Season, families in Storrington will be able to have a great day out with this augmented reality storytrail.
As part of local Christmas celebrations, from 1st December until the New Year, Storrington & Sullington Parish Council has teamed up with High Street Safari to run a free family trail in Storrington.
This innovative experience lets families choose what happens in the story as they hunt down missing Christmas presents along the route. Starting at Power Garage on Old Mill Drive, there are 10 stops around the shopping area, players can hunt down the lost toys and “release” the cheeky Christmas Imps and see them burst into life in augmented reality.
The trail takes about 45 minutes to complete. It’s free to take part and players can win a free digital fun pack at the end. There is no need to download or sign up to anything. The trail works by utilising contactless QR codes and will work on any smart device. Just look out for the window stickers at the following businesses:
Power Service Station, Vintage Rose Café, Halcyon Days Café, Funnells Furnishing, The Village Hub, Stable Antiques, Stitch, Shampoo Hair and Beauty, Little Velvet Hare and The Card Shop.
