“Proud to Care”: recruiting men to the Care Sector

Proud to Care West Sussex banner

Working in care can be a hugely rewarding role where you have the opportunity to help people to get the best out of every day. According to “Skills for Care” currently only 17% of the care workforce are male. This means a lack of diversity in the workforce and a lack of choice for those in need of care.

The Proud to Care Team at West Sussex County Council are running a free recruitment campaign across West Sussex to promote jobs and careers for men in the care sector.
