ALL residents are welcome to visit the child-friendly Community Food Hubs at Chanctonbury Leisure Centre (see dates and times above). The Hubs are designed to reduce food waste and also offer recipes and host information stands and visitors to support on various subjects: budgeting, wellbeing, Citizens Advice and waste prevention.
For a small voluntary donation, residents will be able to bring their own bag to pick up a wide selection of surplus foods (largely fresh fruit & veg, bread, dried goods and some frozen) which would have otherwise ended up as waste from suppliers.
