Each experience is 20-30 minutes with an aerotow launch to 3000ft flying over a beautiful part of the South Downs National Park including Parham house with one of our experienced instructors.
Gliding is an exhilarating and serene experience that combines the thrill of flight with the tranquillity of nature. After launching from a grassy airstrip, the glider is towed into the sky behind a powered aircraft. Once the tow rope is released, you’re left to soar silently, relying on natural air currents to keep you aloft. The glider’s wings, long and slender, catch thermals—rising columns of warm air—allowing you to gain altitude and navigate across the landscape with minimal effort.
