The Limeburners Cafe will be open for lunches and snacks, ice creams and hot drinks are also available. There are also outdoor picnic areas.
Well behaved dogs on short leads are welcome.

Celebrating over 200 years of the bicycle!
What can visitors see and do at this event?
Come and see a wide collection of bicycles ranging from historic and commercial to modern classics like BMX and Choppers.
Watch demonstrations in the pop-up skate park.

Communications & Commercials at Amberley Museum
Visit Amberley Museum and learn all about how communications have evolved.
See a variety of displays and demonstrations from staff and volunteers, all about the history and mechanics of communications.
Visitors can also explore a collection of commercial vehicles on display across the museum.
Peter, one of our steam locos, and buses will be running all weekend as well.

Mums Go Free!
As a thank you, any Mum visiting on Mothers’ Day can enjoy free admission to the Museum. Tickets must be pre-booked online for this event. Make sure to book mum a complimentary admission ticket!

Mums can get involved with various volunteer-led activities happening across the Museum including operating a manual switchboard, driving one of our smaller diesel locomotives and making a keepsake in the pottery, print shop or woodturners.
Visit our craft market with talented local craftspeople demonstrating and selling their products.
Treat mum to a light lunch or cream tea in the Limeburners Café!
Travel around the site on one of our narrow-gauge trains and classic buses.

A showcase of buses from Amberley Museum’s own collection, the Southdown Omnibus collection and a number of visiting buses.
The earliest bus at the Museum is a 1914 petrol-electric, and there are several buses from the 1920s and 1930s. There will also be a variety of buses visiting for the day.
There will be bus rides all day, transporting visitors around the 36-acre Museum grounds with either the 1914 or a 1928 open-topped bus in service (subject to weather conditions).
‘Peter’ our 1918 Bagnall Steam Locomotive, will also be running on our narrow-gauge railway to carry passengers around the site.

The Return of the Amberley Classic Motorcycle Show
We are delighted to confirm the return of the Amberley Classic Motorcycle Show. The event is one of the highlights of the year and offers visitors the opportunity to admire a large collection of classic motorcycles as well as enjoy the Museum facilities.
A collection of over 100 Motorcycles will be on display on the museum grounds, including local biker groups, celebrating the history of British Biking.
As usual, visitors will find lots of things to do around the Museum where families and children are well catered for.
