The Storrington & Sullington Annual Parish meeting is being held at 7pm on Wednesday 23rd April 2025 in the Parish Hall.
The Parish Meeting is a meeting of the people of the parish: it is not a Council meeting but a meeting enabled by the Council to provide a forum for local people to discuss matters affecting their parish.
This year’s agenda will include a discussion about safer roads and speed limits led by Adrian Berendt.
Adrian is a director of 20’s Plenty for Us campaign, where he leads on community engagement throughout the UK. As an enthusiast for active and sustainable transport, he is a trustee for Campaign for Better Transport, the leading transport charity. His background is in Finance and Risk, having had a career in financial services.
Also on the agenda:
- Presentation from Laura Vaughan-Hirsch, Project Manager of the White Stork Project at the Knepp Wildland Foundation (partnering with Storrington as the UK European Stork Village).
- Storrington & Sullington Parish Council Annual Report from Mark Cramer, Chairman of the Council
Following the meeting, everyone is invited to stay for refreshments and a chat with contributors and Councillors.
