Glebe Surgery: patient online access during clinical system change

Glebe Surgery letterhead 2021 03

3rd September 2021

Dear Patients,
We are moving to a new clinical system. This will unfortunately cause some disruption and we
apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused, but we need to make the change in order to provide a better service for our patients in future.

While we are making the change, please don’t use Patient Access or the NHS App to communicate with the Surgery. We expect the change to be going on between 7th September and 21st September, but this may change so please check on our website. During this period please don’t call the surgery with questions about online access. You can order your prescriptions through your nominated pharmacy or we have a post box for them at the front entrance at the surgery.

If you are currently using Patient Access or the NHS App you may receive new passphrases during the changeover. Please don’t activate them until the change at the Surgery is confirmed as complete. The passphrases will remain valid long enough for this. Further instructions will be issued by text message and on our website.

We really appreciate your patience during this time.

The Glebe Surgery
