Does the organisation operate in the Storrington area?
This is their opportunity to recruit local residents. Show them past and current projects. Discuss future ambitions. Collect views and support.
In addition the group will meet other local groups, find out what they are doing, their future initiatives and explore potential cooperation.
The invitations have now been sent out to local groups who have attended previously plus a few more.
If you think your group should attend please check that an invitation has been received and not gone to spam or been overlooked. If they haven’t had one they should contact the SonShow@storrington.org email address.
The organisation or group needs to confirm that they wish to attend by 25th August, even if only a provisional yes, so we can make the necessary plans.
New or established groups with volunteers are free to apply.
Storrington on Show:
Is free to both the organisations and visitors.
Space is limited so groups will need to confirm early to ensure a pitch.
Not able to take a pitch? There will be an ‘Other Volunteering Possibilities’ display for the posters and leaflets of those groups who are not in a position to take a pitch. Please get in touch so we can arrange how and when to get the material to us.
