Lost Woods of the Low Weald and Downs Project: please help

Lost Woods of the Low Weald and Downs logo

Lost Woods of the Low Weald and Downs is a partnership project made possible by players of the National Lottery. Action in Rural Sussex will facilitate community activities to bring to life forgotten areas of woodland in Sussex and protect them for the future. This will create better habitat for our local wildlife, make our woodlands more resilient and help fight the dual threat of the climate and biodiversity crises.

We are working with landowners, community groups and schools to save Sussex’s Lost Woods – and we need you!

We would love you to fill out our 5 – 10 minute online survey, which will help us connect with local communities in the Lost Woods area and help identify the needs and opportunities to improve the lives of local people. We hope that together we will make bigger, better, more connected woodlands for wildlife while developing healthier and happier communities.
