F360 Hub is a locally based fitness company who are committed to encouraging people into activity and exercise. We welcome anyone of any ability level and tailor classes to help people on their way to becoming more active (including for example for physical or mental health benefits, or because they want to feel better within themselves for other reasons). This includes where people do not feel confident enough to join an exercise club or leisure centre, but want some less formal help into becoming more active. We offer a variety offer a variety of welcoming, fun, friendly exercise sessions, activities and workshops across West Sussex, providing caring fitness for mind and body.
We are offering classes across venues in Storrington, Southwater and Worthing and more venues will be added in January 2019. Our classes are deliberately designed to be smaller in numbers (less intimidating for new people and a more comfortable environment to step into), at venues which are easily accessible and customers will be personally greeted on arrival by the instructor in branded fitness wear so they are easily identifiable.
Our offering is very different to that of a leisure centre. We collate online details from the customer about what they want to achieve during their time with us (for example meet other people, become fitter, build confidence, increase self esteem, learn more about exercise) and they will be required to complete a health screening questionnaire. We will work to ensure that they meet the outcomes that they want to achieve during their time with us. Customers have direct contact with instructors on the day of the class they are booked into for any last minute concerns or support that may be required.
Payment packages are designed to gently encourage people into gradually increasing their activity levels from 2 classes a month to unlimited classes a month (accepting that people take time to bed into a routine with activity and exercise). We have a fantastic introductory offer of £14 for 14 days where customers can attend as many classes as they would like to across the 5 venues (with more venues being added in Spring 2019). Subsequent packages are designed to support a gentle increase if required, or unlimited attendance where customers are ready to commit to their well-being at that level.
