Consultation Details Published
Highways England have published the new public consultation exercise about the A27 Arundel Bypass scheme taking place between Friday 30 August and Thursday 24 October.
The HE’s A27 Arundel Bypass website now contains key information about the route options (of which there are six), and it includes the brochure, the online consultation response form, and various background reports and supporting information.
The website lists the unstaffed exhibitions, as well as where to find hard copies of the brochure and consultation response form.
A consultation van will be at the Impulse Leisure Centre, Spierbridge Road, Storrington, RH20 4BG between 3pm and 6pm on Wednesday 11 September.
There will be an unstaffed exhibition at Storrington Library from 9.30am to 5.30pm on Wednesday, 25 September.
Please make this information widely available to your friends and neighbours, encouraging them all not to miss this opportunity to let Highways England know their views about the need for a bypass on the A27 at Arundel, as well as the best route, if you have a view on that.
You can find the latest view of our MP, Nick Herbert, on his webpage.
Comments can be submitted online by completing the online response form at
www.highwaysengland.co.uk/a27arundel or in writing to the following freepost address: Freepost A27 ARUNDEL, or by visiting a consultation exhibition.
All responses must be received by midnight 24 October 2019.
