“London Curiosities and Oddities”

Join us for an interesting and intriguing Talk relating to some of the unusual buildings and statues found around little-known corners of London, these mysteries and lesser-known gems are often overlooked by visitors.
Sally may mention the Hyde Park Pet corner, Hodge the Cat outside Samuel Johnson’s house, the Grasshopper at the Royal Exchange, the information and reasoning behind them.
Sally was a Blue Badge Guide for over 20 years and has the distinction of being a Freeman of the City of London.
After learning of these places, we are sure to want to explore further and visit London soon!
